1. Overview
This policy explains what OneByNext (operated by OneByNext, "we", "us") collects on onebynext.com, why, and what we deliberately do not collect. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run the product well.
2. What we collect on this website
The marketing site at onebynext.com uses self-hosted, cookie-free analytics (Umami) running on our own infrastructure. It records anonymous, aggregated page views and referrers. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, does not follow you across other sites, and never shares data with advertising networks. If you email us, we keep that correspondence.
3. What we collect in the application
If you have an account, we store the information you or your company enter to operate your business — for example users, shipments, customers, drivers, vehicles, inventory, and invoices — plus technical logs (such as sign-in events and API request logs) needed for security and support. This data is processed solely to provide the service to your company and is isolated per tenant.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your data — ever.
- We do not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels.
- We do not use your operational data to train models shared with other customers.
5. Service providers
We host on reputable cloud infrastructure providers in the United States and the European Union, and use established sub-processors only where needed to run the service (for example email delivery and AI model providers for features you explicitly invoke). Each is bound by its own data-processing terms.
6. Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while your subscription is active. After termination, your data is deleted or anonymized within a commercially reasonable period, except where law requires longer retention. You can request export or deletion at any time at info@onebynext.com.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based and logged, and production systems are isolated per tenant. No system is perfectly secure, but security has a seat in every engineering decision we make.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email info@onebynext.com and we will respond directly — there is no ticket queue between you and us.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and — for active subscribers — notify you by email.
